Erik Eriksson Design packs product by hand individually and uses best shipping companies in the world to make sure packets go to buyers in best condition possible. 

In USA market UPS is used to send packets. Other markets it is going to be Post or another carrier, UPS or DHL or similar.

If packet can not be delivered and returns back to Finland, resending fees and my work time reasonably must be paid by the customer so that I get the parts resent. If packet is sent to company you must make sure that there is personnel taking delivery personally or rather the packet to be collected from UPS or Post instead of individual address.

I have never had packet totally lost, I put lots of pressure on the logistics companies if packet goes missing early, and I hope same from the buyer. Every buyer gets tracking code where he can follow the packet's delivery. 

In case of total loss in Finnish soil, Erik Eriksson Design covers fully making new parts and reshipping, if the packet goes lost after it has left Finland, then Erik Eriksson Design can make new parts for a reasonable materials cost and new packing and shipping cost is on the buyer. Sadly I am one individual making these, and can not carry risk for all the global carriers and what they do. So far as I am making this shop, I have delivered ~300 customers packets all around the western world successfully. May that continue.
