Z3 / Z3M Coupe Rear Wing 3D-print files

A customer who had impossibly ill fitting ACS wing asked me to solve his problem. So I did. 

Full 2026 summer - essentially last 60 days have been spent designing this wing and manufacturing the first one. In style it harks back to recognisable legendary ACS wing, but this time it is actual wing. 

Compelete new design from ground up. The mounting is studied and as sturdy as fits to be placed underneath the Z3 / Z3M Coupe's last roof panel that is part of the trunk and how close the rear window mounts underneath it etc. This wing as two selectable angles that are separated by 16,5°.
- The upper angle giving the classical duck tail look of ACS wing.
- Lower drag angle that is very slippery and non stalling wing angle.

Wing's location is in the car's aerodynamic boundary layer, so it wont be as effective as higher mounted wing would be. But in steeper angld it should also give less drag penalty as it would be higher up as the air stream will see this wing as a gurney flap for the whole roof lenght rather than actual wing. 

Add in the Z3 Front Splitter or Z3M Front Splitters and style wise it adds tons of charisma into the car. Wing is high quality and whole wing weights less than single end support of ACS wing.

Wing available in 2 print versions:

1. Internally 4mm aluminium rod reinforced plastic wing that is ready for primer and paint. 
2. 3D-printed form with short joints for making carbon fiber on top.

Mounting legs available in 2 versions:

1. ACS-type version which has ends that go towards rear glass
2. Sport type cut mounts that end to edge of rear top piece

Mounting legs are always 3D-printed plastic that customer must paint to his specifications. 
Supplied with high quality mounting screws and all connections are brass threaded. Please use 2 sided high quality 2-sided tape also in between the legs and the roof.

Comes with another leg that accurately lets you drill to right place and orientation.
